These terms apply to all purchases made through saltycells.store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Orders are dispatched promptly and delivered Australia-wide in 3–5 business days for most addresses. We will email you if your order is delayed, and you may cancel any undispatched order at any time for a full refund — no fees, no questions.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Freight is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an email receipt.

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unused batteries in original packaging, refunded in full minus return shipping. To start a return, email saltycellbatteries@gmail.com with your order number.
All batteries carry a 3-year warranty — see our Warranty Policy. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our fitment tool and size guides are provided in good faith, but you are responsible for confirming the battery size, terminal layout and clearance for your specific vehicle before installation. If you receive a battery that does not fit, contact us — unused units can be exchanged under our change-of-mind policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, use outside specified ratings, or physical abuse of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continue in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
