Orders are delivered Australia-wide in 3–5 business days for most metro and regional addresses. Remote areas can take up to 10 business days. We email you at order, at dispatch, and with tracking.
Freight is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address. Sodium-ion batteries are classified as non-hazardous for road freight (unlike lithium-ion), so there is no dangerous goods surcharge.
Local pickup is available from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse by appointment — select pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
Inspect your battery on delivery. If the carton or battery shows transit damage, photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we will replace it at no cost.
