What we collect

• Contact details you provide via our contact form: name, email, phone, vehicle details, and your message.
• Order information when you purchase: name, email, shipping address, phone, and order contents. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected via analytics cookies, used only to improve the site.

How we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your order, including sharing your delivery details with freight carriers.
• To respond to enquiries, fitment questions, and warranty claims.
• To send order and shipping notifications. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our website host, freight carriers (delivery details), and email providers. We never sell your personal information. Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data overseas under their own compliance regimes.

Storage, access and correction

Data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by emailing saltycellbatteries@gmail.com.
